This Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) training course will come from the regulatory and industry perspective. It will cover the federal guidelines for monitoring sanitation for HACCP programs and general sanitation monitoring for compliance. It will give you insight to maintain compliance with the federal regulations and third party audits for your facilities.

Completion of this course is a pre-requisite for our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Training Course.

  2. Cleanliness of Food Contact Surfaces
  3. Prevention of Cross-contamination
  4. Maintenance of Hand-washing and Toilet Facilities
  5. Protection of Food from Adulterants
  6. Control of Employee Health Conditions
  7. Exclusion of Pests

Who Should Enroll?

Business owners, senior officers, QA/QC managers, and production supervisors. Line production workers will also benefit from this training.

Limited rear lot double parking behind building.
There is also street metered parking along 23rd and public parking for $5 at the Lorenzo apartment complex.
You can enter the (Lorenzo) parking off of 23rd Street, on the south side of the street between Flower and Grand.

FIBR FOOD SAFETY CLASSES ARE PRESENTLY SCHEDULED FOR IN PERSON CLASS ROOM AT CDTech/FIBR Incubator.
FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY, COVID 19 PANDEMIC GUIDELINES WILL BE OBSERVED. CHANGES MAY OCCUR TO OFFER VIRTUAL CLASSES IF NEEDED.
