Food Safety - A Top Priority!

Is food safety a top priority in your company?  Have you mastered the best practices and are prepared for regulatory, military or third-party audits?

Let FIBR help you prepare today.  Our Food Safety with FIBR Training Institute, in co-operation with Mas Hori and Associates and the FIBR Training Council have been working hard to provide monthly Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Sanitation Operations Procedures (SOP's) and HACCP Training throughout the year.  Both the GMP and SOP courses have been broken into one-day classes and are offered on Saturday's.  Our HACCP course is a 4-day class that includes a certificate of completion and a company HACCP plan.

Our training is unique because of both our students and our trainers.  Our students represent every food product you can imagine and many companies have discovered the value of training all levels of employees - so our classes have company owners, general managers, quality control staff, production supervisors,  line workers and administration.  Give value to your employees while increasing food safety awareness and performance.

Our trainers represent the entire food safety community: regulators, operations managers, microbiologist, academia and consultants.  Our trainers focus on the students and their company products and provide an engaging and interactive learning experience.

Why not join the hundreds of students already  trained through FIBR?  Is everyone at your plant trained?  Are you or your employees due for a refresher course?  Our next GMP course will be in the Spanish Language on December 5, 2009 at Cal Poly Pomona.  Our next HACCP session begins January 20, 2010.  An English GMP course is scheduled for early January - watch this website for details.
