Dear Food Industry Colleague:
The Food Industry Business Roundtable (FIBR), a non-profit trade association representing the food processing industry in Southern California, invites you to join us in celebrating our 14th Anniversary Celebration! "A Taste of FIBR" offers a wonderful Awards Dinner atmosphere where you will enjoy a variety of foods created with FIBR Members Products by the Culinary Department of Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. Not only is it an evening of great food, it also offers a professional networking experience and an opportunity to celebrate the excellence demonstrated by our awardees!
This letter is a Call For Nominations for our Awards Presented at the Dinner: FIBR Food Processor of the Year and FIBR Safety Achievement Award.
The requirements are simple and the judges will be members of the Taste of FIBR Planning Committees. We have attached nominations forms in this letter and invite you to nominate yourself or another FIBR company you feel deserves the award. So, send in your nominations! The deadline to receive nominations is Friday, September 3rd, 5 p.m.
