Food Safety with FIBR is unique because it is presented by the FIBR Training Council, a Volunteer Corp of Food Industry Professionals, who represent a collaboration among industry, regulatory agencies, academia & consultants. Each program is tailored to its students!

Who Should Enroll?
Business owners, senior officers, QA/QC managers and production supervisors. However, line and productions workers have also benefited from the training.

Objective
Develop and implement Quality Control Systems, GMPs, SCPs and HACCP.

Enter front door and make a right into the meeting room

Exit on Paramount Blvd, and go North on Paramount Blvd.
Make a Left turn on Arroyo Drive
Make a Left turn on Potrero Grande Drive
